Nasser Centre for Science & Technology is seeking a qualified and experienced Cloud Computing Instructor to deliver theoretical and practical training in cloud technologies. The successful candidate will support students in developing the technical knowledge and practical skills required to design, deploy, manage, and secure cloud-based systems.
• Plan and deliver theoretical and practical lessons in cloud computing.
• Teach cloud concepts, architecture, virtualisation, storage, networking, security, and deployment.
• Provide hands-on training using recognised cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Prepare lesson plans, laboratory exercises, assignments, projects, and assessments.
• Guide students through practical cloud-based projects and technical activities.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ academic and practical performance.
• Maintain updated knowledge of cloud technologies, industry practices, and emerging trends.
• Ensure the safe and appropriate use of laboratory equipment and digital resources.
• Participate in departmental meetings, centre activities, and professional development programmes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cloud Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant teaching, training, or industry experience in cloud computing.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Professional cloud certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of virtualisation, networking, cybersecurity, databases, and operating systems.
• Strong presentation, communication, and classroom-management skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to deliver practical, project-based, and industry-focused training.
