Science Lab Technician

Job Description:

Nasser Centre for Science and Technology is seeking a qualified and motivated Science Lab Technician to join our academic team. The successful candidate will support laboratory activities and ensure the smooth operation of science labs.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up laboratory equipment and materials for experiments.
• Assist teachers and students during practical sessions.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and safety standards.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance of lab equipment.
• Support laboratory documentation and inventory management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Biology.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety standards.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Good communication skills.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
